| Team Deadly Hertz is a multi-state automotive sound competition organization that is requesting to hold their 5th annual car audio show and competition event in Spotsylvania County on April 22nd 10:00am to 7:00pm and April 23rd 12:00pm to 6:00pm 2017. The location requested is 8424 Flippo Road, which is owned by John & Nevada Wright. There will be no street closures, blocked traffic, pyrotechnics, onsite camping, no sales and no alcohol. Participants have bee notified of the no alcohol rule. There will be 7 on-site Porta-Johns. Property owner will provide on site dumpster. No emergency medical or law enforcement services are being requested. Fire extinguishers will be on site. |

| While this is a relatively small group in comparison to other events that have been approved through out the County, the matter concerns the noise ordinance. It has been determined that the applicant cannot guarantee that the noise levels will not exceed the minimum noise levels allowed by Spotsylvania County, nor can it be guarantee that the noise levels be contained to the property. |
