Recommendation:

Staff recommends approval to hold a public hearing to allow a Verizon easement along Tax Map 9-A-37D at 10501 Orange Plank Road.  The purpose of the easement is to extend their fiber optic services from Brock Road to the Six Lakes West subdivision on Orange Plank Road.

Summary: The easement is necessary to allow Verizon to extend their fiber optic lines to provide additional services at the request of some residents in the Six Lakes West subdivision.
