Recommendation:

Staff recommends the approval of the attached Dominion Virginia Power Company easement deed for Tax Map 25-A-8 (11801 Capital Lane) to allow Dominion Virginia Power Company to extend their existing service and install electric service to serve county owned property.

Summary:

The easement is necessary to allow Dominion VA Power to install the necessary electric service on county owned property at the railroad museum for public use.
