Recommendation: Staff recommends approval of the Memorandum of Understanding between Spotsylvania County and CRRL for the provision of broadband services at the Belmont Community Center.
Summary: The County and CRRL have been working closely to facilitate CRRL providing library services for county citizens in the Belmont area, at the Belmont Community Center.  The county has agreed to provide wireless broadband services, through its Crossroads Connection public wireless access system.  The Memorandum of Understanding addresses the agreement between the County and CRRL for the provision of broadband services, so that CRRL can provide library services at least one day per week, for a minimum of 3 hours, for residents of the community.
