Staff recommends the approval of the attached Rappahannock Electric Cooperative easement deed for Tax Map 75-A-37 to allow the Cooperative to relocate underground electric service and an existing light pole at the Berkeley Convenience Site to serve county owned property.
There is no cost associated with this service to Spotsylvania County
Edward Petrovitch, Director Utilities
Ben Loveday, P.E., Deputy Director Utilities
Berkeley Convenience Site will not be able to relocate the existing light and the citizens who use the recycling center will be at a higher risk for vehicle damage.
