Recommendation:

The Commissioner of the Revenue recommends that the Board of Supervisors approve the tax exoneration and direct the Treasurer to refund the excess to the taxpayer, with interest.
Summary: Turco II Inc amended their business tangible property returns for tax years 2015 & 2016 resulting in a refund in the amount of $3,259.26 with interest of $274.43.
