Summary: |
The following revisions are recommended:
Chapter 10- Align policy language with best practices that recognizes change in status from part-time employment to full-time employment as qualifying event for benefits.
Chapter 14- Modify tuition reimbursement program to include a total cap of $6,000 for undergraduate and $8,000 for graduate coursework.
Chapter 19- Include in list of unacceptable activities prohibit to engage in sexual behavior during work time.
Chapter 21- Change payout forfeiture from annual to all accrued leave following improper separation |
