Recommendation: To adopt policy revisions as noted by red-line in attached document drafts
Summary: The following revisions are recommended: Chapter 10- Align policy language with best practices that recognizes change in status from part-time employment to full-time employment as qualifying event for benefits. Chapter 14- Modify tuition reimbursement program to include a total cap of $6,000 for undergraduate and $8,000 for graduate coursework. Chapter 19- Include in list of unacceptable activities prohibit to engage in sexual behavior during work time. Chapter 21- Change payout forfeiture from annual to all accrued leave following improper separation

Financial Impact: Variable based on policy revision and future experience which is not feasible to project at this time.  Some reduction in cost could be experienced resulting from monetary caps placed on tuition reimbursement.
