| An Invitation for Bid (IFB) was issued by the Spotsylvania County Procurement Division on March 18, 2013 for the purchase of new Sheriff Uniforms. We received three bids and the contract was awarded to Best Uniforms, Inc., the lowest responsive bidder. The initial contract to Best Uniforms, Inc. was approved by the Board of Supervisors and awarded on June 27, 2013. Galls, LLC purchased Best Uniforms in 2015. This is the final renewal year of a four year renewable contract at the option of the County. |

Orders will be placed by the Sheriff’s Office on an “as needed” basis, throughout the year and may fluctuate based upon the needs of the Sheriff’s Office. Delivery of items according to specifications shall be made to the Sheriff’s Office no later than thirty (30) days after receipt of purchase order. |
