| This contract will provide construction services and materials to provide parking lot improvements to repair failed pavement and construct a smooth riding surface that allows for the proper surface runoff of stormwater at Company No. 2 Livingston Fire and Rescue Stations. The project shall be completed by the Contractor within 90 calendar days as measured from the date of the Notice to Proceed. |

| The parking lot at Company No. 2 Livingston Fire and Rescue Stations is in need of improvements. If this project is not completed, the parking lot will gradually worsen, cost more to repair and cause continued problems. These improvements will preserve the condition of the parking lot. |
