Recommendation:
Approve the award of a purchase order to Securus Technologies for software license, maintenance and support agreement for the Computer Aided Dispatch (XCAD), Records Management Software (XRMS), and Mobile Software (XMobile) in the amount of $286,966.00.

Staff is requesting approval of a Purchase Order to Securus Technologies for software license, maintenance and support agreement for the Computer Aided Dispatch (XCAD), Records Management Software (XRMS), and Mobile Software (XMobile).
Summary:
The County has used the Archonix Software suite for the Public Safety Departments for the last eight years.  Archonix was purchased by Securus so we needed to update the maintenance service contract.
Financial Impact:
Funding is budgeted in 110-1251-405-3320.
