| Summary: |
On March 30, the Board of Supervisors adopted a resolution directing staff to prepare a draft Zoning Ordinance amendment related to Vehicle Sales, focusing on concerns raised related to the number of establishments locating on non-conforming zoned sites without site improvements, including safe access to the site, sufficient area for loading/unloading vehicles, and display on grass and in drive aisles. The attached draft amendment attempts to address the concerns through requiring special use approval for sites less than 2 acres in C-3, I-1, and I-2 zoning. Additionally, Standards of Review are included that are additional application requirements for the use. |
