(Route 3) and Spotswood Furnace Rd. |

The applicant has also submitted a concurrent rezoning request (R17-0001) to rezone four parcel to C-2 in order to accommodate this Special Use Permit request. |

Consequence of Denial/Inaction: |
The proposed Special Use will not be allowed. Although, if the previous rezoning was approved, other permitted uses within the C-2 district may be administratively approved, including a Convenience Store (without any fuel dispensing services). |
