| The applicant requests Special Use Permit approval for a fuel dispensing service composed of six (6) islands providing 12 fueling stations in association with a 5,988 sq.ft. convenience store on a 2.88 acre portion of a 3.31 acre assemblage which is located on the northwest corner of the intersection Plank Rd. (Route 3) and Spotswood Furnace Rd. This is the companion request to R17-0001, also on the agenda, to rezone the four parcels to C-2 in order to accommodate this Special Use Permit request. |
