| Denial of approval of the Ordinance amendment would result in no change to the existing County Code. However, the County Code would not parallel sections of the Virginia Code revised in 2017. The County Code has several citations to Virginia Code Title 3.1, which was replaced by Title 3.2 in 2008. Failure to amend these citations may result in problems prosecuting matters under code sections citing Title 3.1. |
