Recommendation: The plat was reviewed by the Technical Review Committee and meets the Ordinance requirements for approval. Staff recommends approval of P17-0004 by adoption of the attached resolution.
Summary:

The Wheatland Station preliminary plat is a subdivision of 10.5 acres to create 98 single-family attached lots and is the result of a rezoning (R14-0007) which was approved December 9, 2014.  The lot sizes range from 1,400 to 2,700 square feet and 5.55 acres will be preserved as open space for the development.  Access to the development is from Jim Morris Road and the internal streets will be private.  The lots will be served by public water and sewer.  The site lies within the Primary Development Boundary on tax parcel 37-A-56 and in the Lee Hill Voting District.
