Recommendation:

Organize the Board of Supervisors for calendar year 2018 in accordance with Section 2-4 of the Bylaws by doing the following:

 

1. Elect the chair and Vice-Chair in accordance with the Bylaws.

2. Determine the seating arrangements.

3. Adopt a resolution for the Schedule of Meetings for 2018.

Summary:
The first meeting of each year is the annual organizational meeting of the Board of Supervisors.  At that time, the Chair and Vice-Chair are elected, and the time and place of meetings are set.
