| An Invitation for Bid (IFB) was issued to solicit bids from qualified vendors to provide ground maintenance services at various locations in the County. A contract was awarded to Commonwealth Irrigation & Landscape. This is the second renewal of a four (4) year renewal option.
This contract will cover all General Government, Public/Safety, and Utilities Facilities; approximately 90 individual sites. The level of service for each site is based on the use of the facility, ranging from once a week to every six weeks. The actual services vary from site to site, but include mowing, trimming, edging, fertilization, mulching and pruning. |
