| A Request for Proposal (RFP) was issued for Automated External Defibrillator (AED) units by the National Association of State Procurement Officials (NASPO) of which the County is a member. The County is purchasing eight (8) Lifepak 15 V4 monitor defibrillators and associated accessories from the awarded vendor, Physio Control, Inc. These units will replace older, outdated technology and devices that will become ineligible for warranty maintenance and repair coverage. The purchase will also standardize the monitor defibrillator capabilities throughout the county. |
