Meetings of the Planning Commission take place on the first and third Wednesday of each month. During this calendar year, two meetings fall on County Holidays. Per the Planning Commission Bylaws, the meeting shall fall to the next business day. The meeting dates affected are July 4, 2018 and November 21, 2018. Those meetings would fall to Thursday, July 5, 2018 and Monday, November 26, 2018. If the Planning Commission wishes to cancel one or both of those meetings they will need to make a motion to do so. |
