Adopt amendment to Bylaws.
Summary:

Proposed revision to Board of Supervisors Bylaws to require that each speaker must state his or her name and either his or her address or election district during Public Presentations (Section 4-1(E)(5)) and during Public Hearings (Section 5-3(C)).

Consequence of Denial/Inaction:
The bylaws will remain as they are.  Speakers will be required to give their name, address, and district.
