Recommendation:

Staff recommends that the Planning Commission find the five items proposed for addition to the 2019-23 CIP as substantially in accord with the Comprehensive Plan. 
Summary: Each year new additions to the Capital Improvements Program (CIP) requiring Comprehensive Plan review are presented to the Planning Commission for your review regarding whether the items are substantially in accord with the Comprehensive Plan. This year five projects are proposed requiring that review and are detailed in the materials attached.
