| A Request for Proposal (RFP) was issued by the Spotsylvania County Procurement Division to solicit proposals from qualified contractors to provide GIS support services. Fifteen (15) proposals were received for this procurement. A Selection Committee reviewed the proposals, which resulted in primary and secondary awards for nine (9) different categories as follows:

| These contracts shall have a term limit of three (3) years and may be renewed for three (3) additional one (1) year terms at the option of Spotsylvania County. If more than one contractor was selected for a category, the primary contractor would get the first chance to work on projects(s) that come up. If the primary contractor is not able to do the work, then the secondary contractor will be asked to do the work. There is no guarantee that the secondary contractor will receive any work under this contract unless the primary contractor is unable to or refuses to do the work. |
