| Rappahannock Electric Cooperative would like permission to obtain an easement to expand their existing services to allow for the upcoming Keswick subdivision. The easement would run underground, crossing Old Robert E. Lee Drive. Old Robert E. Lee Drive was dedicated to Spotsylvania County as part of the Subdivision and Proffer agreement between Keswick Land Co., LLC and Spotsylvania County. After completion of the construction, the road would be dedicated to the Virginia Department of Transportation (VDOT). |
