Approve Purchase Order to SHI International Corporation for Microsoft Enterprise Agreement license pricing in the amount of $307,396.65.

Approve Purchase Order to SHI International Corporation for Microsoft Enterprise Agreement license pricing in the amount of $307,396.65. The Enterprise Agreement with Microsoft allows the County to manage Microsoft software installed in the county, and allow software upgrades necessary for the numerous software applications utilized throughout the county.  
Summary:
SHI International Corporation has a cooperative contract through Virginia Information Technologies Agency (VITA) where local county governments may purchase the MS Enterprise Agreement licenses.  The Enterprise Agreement with Microsoft allows the County to manage Microsoft software installed in the county, and allow software upgrades necessary for the numerous software applications utilized throughout the county.
