Recommendation:

The Commissioner of the Revenue recommends that the Board of Supervisors approve the tax exoneration and direct the Treasurer to refund the excess to the taxpayer, with interest.
Summary:

The business filed their 2017 Business Tangible Property return with incorrect values.  The taxpayer later filed an amended return with lower values which created a refund of $3,274.66 with interest.
