Recommendation:

The Commissioner of the Revenue recommends that the Board of Supervisors approve the tax exoneration and direct the Treasurer to refund the excess to the taxpayer, with interest.
Summary:
SAI Dental & Associates Inc failed to file their 2017 business tangible property return. Therefore, a statutory assessment was done.  When they amended their returns, it was noted the original filing had included leased properties.  Therefore the assessments were lowered creating a refund of $9,651.77 with interest
