| This contract will provide construction services and materials to provide pavement rehabilitation to repair failed pavement and construct a smooth riding surface that allows for the proper surface runoff of stormwater at the Holbert Building. The project shall be completed by the Contractor within 150 calendar days as measured from the date of the Notice to Proceed. Work is not scheduled to start until after the Stars and Stripes Spectacular. |

| The parking lot at the Holbert Building is in need of rehabilitation. If this project is not completed, the pavement deterioration will accelerate and future cost to repair will be higher. These improvements will preserve the condition of the parking lot. |
