The proposed amendments and additions to the County’s Towing ordinance make several additions and corrections to the present Towing ordinance regulating law enforcement requested tows. Additions include several new definitions, the inclusion of heavy-duty towers, specific tow vehicle requirements, towing fees, and tower identification cards. Members of the Towing Advisory Board and Legal Staff are making a presentation detailing the proposed amendments and explaining the necessity for same. |
