| Staff is requesting approval of a Contract to BMS Direct, Inc. to provide printing and mailing services for water and sewer utility billing and real estate and personal property tax bills. Outsourcing these services allows for increased efficiencies in terms of time and value to the County. |

| A Request for Proposal (RFP) was issued to solicit proposals from qualified firms to provide printing and mailing services for the Departments of Finance, Treasurer and Utilities. Seven (7) proposals were received for this procurement. A Selection Committee reviewed the proposals and short listed firms for interviews. Interviews with firms were conducted, which resulted in the selection of BMS Direct, Inc. This is the second renewal year of a four year renewable contract.
