under this Task Order will be for engineering design services for the Lake Bottom Sewer and Water Line
Booster Pump Design Amendment.
The
work authorized by this contract shall be for engineering design services
related to the Lake Bottom gravity sewer and waterline and redesign of the
proposed booster pump serving the Fawn Lake area in Spotsylvania
County. Procurement Policy for individual
Task Orders was followed and the details concerning the Consultant’s
responsibilities for this particular task are included in the attached Task
Order and Proposal.

| Task Order is signed by vendor and County Attorney’s Office and is attached. This Task Order is in compliance with current Contract #16-16-TV-06 for professional services previously approved by the Board.
County departments have utilized Task Order based agreements for the last several years. Task Order based agreements allow for increased efficiencies in terms of time and value to the tax payer. Procurement policy is followed in all task order based agreements and task orders valued at $100,000 and greater are presented to the Board of Supervisors for approval.
