| REC submitted a written application to cross Keswick Drive in two locations and to cross Old Robert E. Lee Drive in one location per Va. Code requirements. These crossings are necessary to provide electric service to the Keswick Development. There is no impact to the roadway or land inside of the County road right of way limits. |
