Inc. for HVAC products, installation, services and related products and services as set forth in the RFP. |

| $350,000 is currently budgeted for the Holbert Building renovation project. An additional $200,000 is planned to be added in FY 2020. Approval of this contract will necessitate that at least $42,365 of the $200,000 planned in FY 2020 is actually approved and budgeted in FY 2020 for this purpose. |
