Recommendation: Staff recommends the Board of Supervisors appoint Royal Schmidt, Jr. to the Rappahannock Area Alcohol Safety Action Program (RAASAP) as the Spotsylvania County representative. Per the request of Kevin Ortegel, Executive Director, RAASAP would like to have Mr. Schmidt, Jr. serve the three year term.  
Summary: RAASAP requests that the Board of Supervisors appoint Royal Schmidt, Jr. to the Rappahannock Area Alcohol Safety Action Program (RAASAP) as the Spotsylvania County representative. The term shall be for three years.
