| This contract will allow the Contractor to furnish and deliver the Membrane Filtration Systems (MFS) with installation support, operation services and training during the installation and startup periods. Installation will be performed by another contractor once the construction portion goes out to bid. |

| The pre-purchase of equipment cannot be accomplished which will cause a delay in design and ultimately construction. Construction and installation of this equipment needs to happen at a certain time of the year and missing this window would delay the project for up to a year. |
