Meetings of the Planning Commission take place on the first and third Wednesday of each month. During this calendar year, one meeting falls on New Years Day 2020. Per the Planning Commission Bylaws, the meeting shall fall to the next business day. The meeting date affected is January 1, 2020. Another date that the Commission may choose to consider canceling or postponing is July 3, 2019. This is the eve of the Fourth of July holiday. If the Planning Commission wishes to cancel one or both of those meetings they will need to make a motion to do so. |
