| The current Chairman of the CPMT has provided a letter of recommendation on the appointment of Ms. Sarah Reid to serve as the parent representative on the CPMT. The CPMT has reviewed the resume of Ms. Reid and voted to approve her application and recommend her appointment to the CPMT through June 30, 2021. A Parent Representative is not a mandated member of this multi-disciplinary team but is considered a valuable addition, providing insight from a parent perspective in in developing and applying state/local policies regarding the access of Children's Services Act (CSA) funded services that appropriately address emotional, developmental, intellectual or behavioral issues being experienced by a child. A statement of interest has been provided by Ms. Reid and is an attachment to the agenda item. |
