| A Request for Proposal (RFP) was issued on July 3, 2013, to solicit proposals from qualified firms to provide a Land and Official Records Information System for the Circuit Court of Spotsylvania County.
The proposals were due on August 8, 2013. A selection committee reviewed the proposals and interviews were conducted with recommendation made to award a contract to Logan Systems, Inc.
The Contract Modification renewal term shall consist of a five year period. The annual cost is $123,600 over the five year period. |
