Staff recommends the Board of Supervisors reappointment of Josh Gaita to the EDA representing the Chancellor District. Per the Code of Virginia, Section 15.2-4904 A. "Subsequent appointments shall be for terms of four years, except appointments to fill vacancies which shall be for the unexpired terms." The term shall commence immediately and expire March 21, 2023. |
