| Planning staff and representatives of the Virginia Department of Transportation (VDOT) conducted a final inspection of Holley Oak Lane, Piney Glade Road, Wood Creek Circle and Fall Haven Road within Lee’s Parke Subdivision, located in the Battlefield Voting District near the boundary with the Lee Hill Voting District, and found the road to be complete and compliant with the Secondary Subdivision Street Standards for acceptance. This resolution requests that the streets be accepted by VDOT into the Secondary Street System of Virginia State Highways and that VDOT assume maintenance responsibilities. |
