| A Request for Proposal (RFP) was issued by the Spotsylvania County Procurement Division to solicit proposals from qualified contractors to provide audit services. Three (3) proposals were received for this procurement. A Selection Committee reviewed the proposals and a recommendation was made to award to Cherry Bekaert LLP. |

| This contract shall have an initial term limit of two (2) years and may be renewed for three (3) additional one (1) year terms at the option of Spotsylvania County. Cherry Bekaert LLP will provide audit services to support the County Government and the County Schools. The results of the audits are reported in a joint session to the Spotsylvania County Board of Supervisors and the Spotsylvania County School Board. |
