The wheel loader will be used for composting operations at the Livingston landfill. |

| The existing model year 2002 CAT 938 rubber tire loader with 17,000 hours has reached the end of its useful life expectancy. Continued use would lead to high maintenance cost and eventually total failure. The unit will enter reserve upon delivery of the new loader. Failure would lead to a decrease in our ability to process biosolids and produce compost. |
