| This contract has been approved as to form by the County Attorney’s Office. The policies regarding property cover the vast majority of vehicles owned and operated by FREM staff. |
|
| | | | | | | | Consequence of Denial/Inaction:
| Failure to approve this contract will result in the FREM volunteer personnel having no coverage for Property, Liability, Accident and Disability Insurance Services. This will also result in a lack of property and liability insurance coverage for the majority of FREM operated emergency vehicles. |
