| Approve Task Order in the amount of $117,232.00 to Moseley Architects, P.C. to provide architectural and engineering design services for the Merchant Square Renovation. The Task Order has been reviewed and approved as to form by the County Attorney’s Office. |

| Services under this Task Order will be for architectural and engineering design services for the renovation of portions of the first-floor level of the existing Merchants Square Building.
The work authorized by this contract shall be for architectural and engineering design services related to the Merchant Square Renovation Phase 1. Procurement Policy for individual Task Orders was followed and the details concerning the Consultant’s responsibilities for this particular task are included in the attached Task Order and Proposal. |

| Task Order is signed by vendor and County Attorney’s Office and is attached. This Task Order is in compliance with current Contract #14-12-46-02 for architectural and engineering services previously approved by the Board.
County departments have utilized Task Order based agreements for the last several years. Task Order based agreements allow for increased efficiencies in terms of time and value to the tax payer. Procurement policy is followed in all task order based agreements and task orders valued at $100,000 and greater are presented to the Board of Supervisors for approval.
