| Services
under this Task Order will be for engineering services for the proposed
improvements of approximately 1,750 linear feet and construction of a new
roadway extending from Pierson Drive into the currently undeveloped property to
the east as well as mass grading of the remainder of the property.
The
work authorized by this contract shall be for Pierson Drive Industrial Park. Procurement
Policy for individual Task Orders was followed and the details concerning the Consultant’s
responsibilities for this particular task are included in the attached Task
Order and Proposal.

| Task Order is signed by vendor and County Attorney’s Office and is attached. This Task Order is in compliance with current Contract #15-03-12-01 for professional services previously approved by the Board.
County departments have utilized Task Order based agreements for the last several years. Task Order based agreements allow for increased efficiencies in terms of time and value to the tax payer. Procurement policy is followed in all task order based agreements and task orders valued at $100,000 and greater are presented to the Board of Supervisors for approval |
