| | | | | | | | Summary:
| Planning staff and representatives of the Virginia Department of Transportation (VDOT) conducted a final inspection of Hospital Blvd and Spotsylvania Pkwy located within the Lee Hill Voting District found the pavement repairs on the site could be performed in the out years, and further agreed the roads were complete and compliant with the Secondary Subdivision Street Standards. In addition, this resolution requests the right of way portion of Overview Drive FR696, where it formally existed, be abandoned because of the new location of Hospital Blvd has been constructed. This request provides that the streets be accepted by VDOT into the Secondary Street System of Virginia State Highways and that VDOT assume maintenance responsibilities, along with the executed agreements by Spotsylvania County Board of Supervisors and consistent with the CIP. |
