The applicant, Recreational Resorts Limited, requests a Special Entertainment Event Permit to conduct the Wild Roots Music festival at the Wilderness Presidential Resort located at 9220 Plank Road on September 21st from 12:00 pm to 8:00 pm.  Approximately 500 people are expected to attend the event which will include musical performances and approximately 20 vendors including breweries, merchants, and food trucks.  The performances, tents and vendors will be located on the resort grounds next to the clubhouse and lake. Parking will be available in an open field next to the event grounds. The permit application has been reviewed and approved by the Special Events Review Committee.
