| This resolution requests that Virginia Department of Transportation (VDOT) accept Old Robert E. Lee Drive and Keswick Drive into the Secondary Street System and abandon 0.11 miles of Old Robert E. Lee Drive in Keswick, Phase 1 and assume maintenance responsibilities. VDOT completed a final inspection and found the streets to be complete and compliant with the Secondary Subdivision Street Standards. The attached resolution requests that the streets be accepted by VDOT into the Secondary Street System of Virginia State Highways and the abandonment of a portion of Old Robert E. Lee Drive. The resolution also requests VDOT assume maintenance responsibilities. |
