Staff will provide:

• an opportunity for follow-up questions on previously answered budget questions;
• updates on necessary budget changes stemming from updated data/information;
• an initial presentation of the CIP.  In the interest of time, staff will not plan to walk through each general capital project, but will give a summary presentation and be available for questions.  Additionally, specific Utilities capital projects will be highlighted, leading into the March 22 work session at which staff expects to brief the Board on updates necessary to the Utilities rates and fees.   

The CIP is attached here and is available as part of the full and summary budgets posted online.  The project detail sheets included in the attached file are available within the full budget document posted online (but are not included in the summary budget document.)  The Schools' CIP is also attached here given that it is incorporated, in summary form, in the County's overall CIP.
